Any ideas for a spa-themed bridal shower gift?
I'm going to a bridal shower soon and the host has asked for themed gifts. I'm supposed to bring a "spa" gift. Any ideas of what I could give as a gift? I'm looking for something under $50 and I'd rather not give a gift card. What's something I could wrap up that's fun and unique and has a spa theme? Thanks!
Get a bath pillow! that way when the bride is relaxing in a bath she can rest her head against a nice pillow rather than a hard tub.. you can find them at any store like target or walmart..
I like the previous answer with the idea of a gift basket - if you really want to make it unique you could buy all natural ingredients that are used for face masks and such and compile them into a basket (like pure cocoa, a carton of buttermilk, vitamin e, oatmeal, an avacado, tea bags) and then print out recipes/directions on how to mix them to make face masks (or leave in hair masks/conditioners, homemade lotion, homemade lip balm, or even something to remove bags under your eyes since she probably wont get any sleep the night before the wedding).. (also you can go to a craft store and buy cute cheap clear jars to put all of the stuff in so that it looks nice rather than leaving it in the original packaging and then tie ribbons around each one)
or put together things to help her relax like a good romance book (the notebook by nicholas sparks is great!) a super soft blanket (you can make her a no-sew fleece one.. super easy, just google it) hot cocoa, lotion/spa socks (you can find these in the nailpolish/beauty section of most stores.. they're socks that you put on before bed after slathering your feet in lotion that help you feet stay soft) and a mini mp3 player with relaxing music (or a cd)..
