Rough costs of converting a Victorian church for residential use ?

Assuming it's structurally sound and planning permission's in place, what kind of costs are we talking to convert a Victorian church into a 3-4 bedroom house? Are talking in the region of £50K, £100K, £200K, £300K or more?

I know any answer has got to be a rough estimate but if anyone can help give me an idea of the kind of costs involved, it would be much appreciated.

Don't know if the following is enough to have a stab at an answer.

Church is market town chapel size and Grade II listed. Will obviously require upstairs floor adding and plumbing, electrics etc.

I'm not after a specific figure but more an idea of the order of magnitude involved e.g. 50K - no chance, 100K - for basic house, 200K- for nice house.

You're not far out. There is no chance at 50k. 100k might just get there, but with grade II listing the planners will require a good quality job and may not allow some of your wish list. Don't forget there a is separate planning procedure with listed buildings.
