What shoes and jewelery would look good with my dress?
I'm graduating 8th grade in a month and I ordered a dress online. Today I'm going shopping to get a shrug to cover up the spaghetti straps so I don't get in trouble. I need to know what shoes and jewelery would look good with my dress. Here a picture of it.

By the way, I"m not alowed to wear high heels or anything really high and keep in mind that I have size 11 feet. I also don't want to by jewelery, so please give me some general ideas for jewelery.
