Am I eating enough to gain healthy weight? Is my diet balanced? How can I improve?
your meals themselves are very small, although it is good you are frequently snacking.
try switching your "golean" cereal to granola... it has a higher caloric content and is still very nutritious because it has a whole grain oat base.
also, try drinking more juice (shoot for at least a glass or two a day). it is very healthy but has more calories than just plain water.
switch your muscle milk light to the regular thing...
nonfat milk is fine, because it has a higher % of calories from protein... however, you need to compensate and drink more nonfat milk than you would drinking a glass of 1%. it's okay to get the calories from a more calorically protein-dense source, but you just have to drink more of it.
try adding more carbs to your diet, as well.
on the right track, but your meals are a little too light. i think these tweaks would help.
