Why can I not sue Wal-mart Money Card services for money they have stolen from me?
I checked the fine print for their money card services and it specifically says I cannot sue them under any circumstances. I put $80 on their card and payed a bill, the payment never got there. My bill was late and they refuse to give me my money back.

Dude, I went through the exact same thing. All these prepaid credit card things are a scam, they trick you into giving them loads of personal info and then sell it overseas to people who want to do who knows what with it [heard that from a cop btw]. They could care less about your money or your problems. They're virtually immune from lawsuits (because right now your money is probably somewhere in India) and they know it too. Just giving up on the money isn't a real solution either. You know how they load you with fees every time you blink? If you give up on it, they'll probably fine you till your $80 is gone and you owe them money. Then you tell them what they can do with their bill, and then they ruin your credit score.
Getting out from under it is tricky. The way I did it was scour the web for what bank actually had my money, figured out their hours of operation in my timezone, stayed up til 2am to call, pushed whatever buttons it takes to talk to a real person (right option or not), then made the first thing I said "I'd like to cancel my account." It'll cost you a chunk and you'll be lucky to get even $60 back, but at least you won't have to deal with this anymore.
If you want a little advice, the thing to do is, once you're done with this scam, go down to a real bank and ask for a "secured credit card". It'll cost you maybe $150 as collateral (which you'll get back eventually), don't buy what you don't have the money for, and pay the bill each month. No scam, and you'll build your credit up.
This was one of the biggest headaches I have EVER had to deal with! My total sympathy dude. I hope it all works out real soon for you, and when it does tell your story to everyone that will listen! It's awful hard for a scamer when all his potential victims already know his tricks; it's the best way you can get back at them.
