My 24 yr old son has terrible purple stretch marks on his stomach?
He rarely goes shirtless and when I saw them they really bowled me over. What could cause such a thing? He has always been heavy but not grossly overweight . Can they be fixed? I can tell he's embarrassed by them

Wow I am not sure but i would recomend taking him to a doctor. It could be something serious. I am really sorry he is embarrased. I hope everything works out ok. You have my support 
. If it makes things better I have an indented chest. I had a hard time as a kid. Just let him he is not the the only one with issues like that. I hope that helps
