I've never been to a wedding before and I'm wondering if this would be appropriate:

The invitation did not specify a dress code. It will be held inside at a theater.
Girls- any tips/suggestions for accessories? I need something to carry my phone, powder, etc. (little items)
The dress is pretty but if you're not IN the wedding its a bit inappropriate because it will outshine the wedding dress because its big and flowy
But maybe a big clutch purse would look really pretty!
