Where could I find a black lace overlay dress with blue underneath?

I would prefer short(above the knee). Its my sweet 16 my theme colors are blue,white, and black. My guests are wearing black and white(so I can prevent someone wearing the same dress and to stand out).I would prefer strapless. Also It would be best if it were under $100. Can anyone help me?
