What are the basic gifts to give your bridal party?

What is the usual gifts people give their bridal party, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girl and ring bearer?

I'm giving my bridesmaids jewelry for the wedding, my fiance is giving the grooms men cuff-links for the wedding. And then were taking everyone out to dinner on rehersal night. (not having flower girls or ring bearers, but I'd give them something they'd enjoy for their age if I did)
