How to launder shirt with iron-on transfers?

I have a t-shirt that has an iron-on transfers. How can I wash the shirt to make sure it lasts as long as possible? In addition, it is a bit too big, is it safe to put the shirt in the dryer after washing?

Turn inside out and wash in cold or warm cycle. If you decide to dry, then place over medium-low. The iron is made of a material plastic that disintegrates when it gets too hot. In addition, if you need to iron the shirt, it backwards! Do not touch the iron on iron. Do not use bleach on it, either.
