Do you know where I can find a cool summer dress with elbow-length sleeves?

The only place I have found is sometimes J.C. Penney, others Newport News Clothing. I, too, look for these dresses and often just buy them when I am in the Caribbean. Like to hide those flabby under arms, !

Also check out your local ethic clothing stores that carry Indian/Middle Eastern clothing. They usually have longer sleeves.
