pokemon Gold silver & crystal?

in the pokemon crystal.east of cledon city there is this house how do u get in.same with the 1 west of lavender town

if you mean the small house that says "its locked", it is not accessible in the game. it is just a leftover from the ryb versions.

if you mean the celadon mansion go to the east side of pokw center, go north and go west. you will find a small gap at the hedge. go further aand you will find a door to the mansion.
