My friend is getting married Sunday of Memorial day weekend on a river boat. This is her second wedding. She is wearing a traditional gown and having 2 attendants. I am trying to determine how formal/casual I should dress. I am thinking of maybe wearing a pair of dressy tan capris with a black flowing halter top?? Is that too casual or innappropriate for a wedding? I also have a solid bright pink silk/cotton dress? That may be too formal for her.... Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
Since it's going to be on a river boat, where water might splash onto the deck, I would wear long pants, with a slight heel, and a dressy blouse. No halter tops. You could get sun burnt, and that's no fun when you're celebrating!!
