Dangle Clear

I have some really cute dangle earrings, but I'm starting to have some problems with some of them. The "posts" are getting rusty. (I don't know what they're called, but they're the ? shaped metals that go into your ear piercing. Anyways, I call them "post")
My question is, is there any place to buy those ("posts") so I can just replace them?
PS
-> I know about clear nail polish, and it would be my second option if I can't replace the "posts".
-> Please don't tell me to toss them out because if I wanted to, I would've.
they're called french hook..anywayss if you are wanting to buy some new ones you could go to stores that sell crafts and stuff like,,wal-mart,,,hobby lobby..those kind of stores!
