Did Disney really make a bunch of controversial Mickey Mouse Cartoons?

My friend said that there is an old Disney cartoon that depicts Mickey Mouse huffing pesticides and hallucinating that all the bugs in his garden are giants. Is that true? He also said there was one where Donald Duck is a Nazi and he repeatidly says "Hail Hitler!" while making the appropriate salute. Is that true also?

The Mickey one is called (appropriately enough) "Mickey's Garden" and came out in 1935. Although Mickey accidentally inhales pesticides and hallucinates, he wasn't deliberately huffing it to get high.

The Donald one is called "Der Fuehrer's Face" and came out in 1943. It's anti-Nazi propaganda though, not pro, despite what your friend makes it sound like.
