crystal branch ring wrap sheet?

so ive tried searching for this ring seen on many Web sites of bloggers and things (tried asking for their response which.) theres a couple on ebay - one for £ 34 a bit ridiculous for a ring and another where they have only one small left. if anyone knows where I can buy one, it would be much help http://i56.tinypic.com/2v8qudw.jpg
