How do I decorate my main floor powder room so it is not boring?

I just moved into a townhome and I have a very small powder room on the main floor. White walls, ceiling, white woodwork, white toilet, white pedestal sink, and a large oval mirror framed in silver over the sink. There is no window so I don't want it to be super dark. The floor is pretty--large squares of porcelain tile in deep green & black--sort of swirled like slate. What can I do to make this room pop? I am willing to paint--can't change the sink or mirror. Any ideas for a picture or wall hanging? My style is tradtional and the living room/dining room are pale gray with a large floral area rug with a navy background. Any help would be appreciated--everyone has such good ideas.

I would:
Continue the grey on the upper walls.
I would paint the lower part of the wall a slightly darker shade of the same grey shade. ( chair rail separation)
I would bring in Navy into the room!
eg;
Pictures with navy mattes:
Navy , green and black towels!
Pick one of those three colors for accent colors floor mat, for soap dish, wastebasket, vase, etc!
