How much would it cost to get a gold ring enlarged about half a size?

I just got a beautiful gold ring as a present. It is an antique and the person who got the ring when she was a teenager was the person who gave it to me. It's probably about 40 or so years old. It has a thin band with a stone in the middle. Unfortunately though its just a little to snug...
