How Did You Incorporate Your Heritage Into Your Wedding?

I intend to wear a custom made bridal crown, in honor of my Norwegian/Swedish heritage. *:)

LOVE that idea! We are having a bagpiper in the vineyard during cocktail hour for our reception (my fiance is Irish).

My future SiL had an Irish wedding blessing and a Phillipino Love Knot ceremony during her wedding ceremony to honor both her heritage and her fiance's. My best friend had traditional Polish music during her reception to honor her fiance's heritage.

I love these types of incorporations!
