how to reverse an image for shirt iron on WITHOUT photoshop?

Hello,
I am trying to make a t-shirt with a picture I have on my computer. The problem is, I don't know how to reverse the picture. My photo software (Kodak ESP) does not have a "mirror" or "reverse" option.
How do I reverse or mirror my picture without using my photo software?
